It’s Friday my lovelies,the last day of August and the first day of the Labor Day weekend…whew!! So much is going on and I wish all of you a fantastic holiday weekend!  I’m thinking of what fun I can get myself into and tops on my list is a picnic.  I love packing up some light foods, like garlic-stuffed olives, tapenades and bruschetta with some lovely drinks.  One of the best places in the Caribbean for a picnic is right by the seashore…then curling up in a hammock under a nice shady Palm tree.  Can you think of anything more relaxing?
